True. It's much easier to lose weight by eating right than by exercising (although exercising will help make your body look and feel healthy if you do eat right).

Diet is far more important for your health than exercise, although exercise is very important. A person can work out 5 days a week and go jogging every day and so on, but eat mcDonalds every day and he will still be unhealthy. A person can have the healthiest diet ever and not work out and they will be very healthy.

Well, if you're a smoker, it would be to quit smoking.
Otherwise, I think the best thing to do is to get more exercise and THEN I'd say eat right would be the second best thing. Just me though.

I have to go with partly true.
I think there are more important ways to ensure good health than just a good dietary intake.
A good diet is certainly important.
But exercise, emotional stability, not smoking or overindulging in alcohol all play a role too.

Then I have to hope cheese is somehow healthy because I cannot stop eating it. I think exercise it just as good, too.
I swear I am like Wallace from Wallace & Gromit, if you've seen that movie then you know what I am talking about.

True, but it won't do you good if you restrict yourself too much. The key is to eat in moderation.
