It does say on the bottle for small cuts to clean out nothing about household cleaning

Very useful for specific jobs where ethanol would work--ink removal, adhesive, that sort of thing. Nothing heavy-duty. Solvents dissolve things that are solvent-based, and alcohol--in this case, isopropanol--is a close cousin of ethanol and methanol, but not as useful in industry.

Cleaning with Rubbing Alcohol
Rubbing alcohol will clean the caulking around bathtubs. It also shines chrome and glass. Liquid chlorine bleach (1/4 cup to one gallon) will also clean caulk.

Forgotten where, but I've read that using alcohol for "small cuts" or any wound causes third degree burns to that flesh.

Vinegar doesn't have anything on the label that says it's a great cleaner, neither does Lemon juice, soda water, salt, etc etc etc

Not sure of your question..... ?/......

But you can use rubbing alcohol as a cleaner. It removes Sharpie (permanent) marker writing.

Just watch out if you have pets and/or small children.
But hospitals use it all the time
