Is Jimmie Kimmel cross eyed? And, is he still dating Sara Silverman?

I saw Jimmy last night on CNN and he kinda looked cross eyed. I never noticed that before. I wasn't sure if he was just trying to be funny.

As far as I know he isn't cross-eyed, but I'm not completely sure. I think that he and Sara Silverman are still together though...she still mentions him in her stand-up so I would assume that they are.
