No. In fact, there are some college classes that actually require students to read "children's" books. As for a 22 year old reading it. I know of several people older than the 22 year old who have read and enjoyed Harry Potter books.

Harry Potter is all ages; that's not weird at all. My mom's an English professor, and she taught a course on Harry Potter to college students, and it was a very popular course!

I've known of first graders all the way to seniors who've read Harry Potter. Not only is it a good story, but you can really in-deapth analyze it. It's great for all ages.

Well, I'm 19 and I still think the books are pretty good...but I think that Hermione has lost her meaning in the book and Harry really needs to get ready to face Mr. V. in the final showdown...you know it's going to happen eventually lol

No I do not. I think my people of all ages read Harry Potter; but the audience is probably mainly late teens.

Well 22 year olds are at the no school party time to live. Live your life and read after partys. Reading is not bad but don't put your life into it

No.... I am 25 and I can't wait for the next book to come out.
I've read all of the other ones and have seen all of the movies.
It is an interesting and entertaining series for all ages.
