There are different was of reading this mess you wrote out, but I'll just assume it's a product of variables with exponents:
(x^8)(y^2)(z^6)( -21 y^3 z^9 )

If this is the case, then use the commutative rule of multiplicaiton along with this rule of exponents: (a^b)(a^c) = a^(b+c):
(x^8)(y^2)(z^6)( -21 y^3 z^9 ) =
(x^8)(y^2)(y^3)(z^6)(z^9)(-21)
-21 (x^8)(y^5)(z^15)
