"Just Try It" is correct, you need to be more specific. Do you mean the, highest in structure, clearance or elevation. Do you distinguish between and arch and a bridge. Natural or man made?
The highest natural bridge, in the U.S. is actually an arch, Rainbow Bridge close to 250 feet above the lowest terrain it spans. But there's one in China that's more than 1,000 feet by the same definition.

Height can be measured many ways, but in terms of distance between the deck of the bridge and the surface below, it would be the Royal Gorge Bridge, 1053 ft.
