I wish there were more like him in Congress.

McKenzie, do you even know what seditious means? If his speech had been seditious, then it would not have been legal, because there is a law against sedition in the United States.

As it is, he merely expressed his opinion as an elected leader of our country. Member of Congress are as much "in charge" of foreign policy as anything else they choose to fund and legislate for. Nor do the three branches of government have "separate rights".

No. His behavior is seditious. It may have been legal, but he has undermined the job of those who are in charge of foreign policy. That is a serious breech of the separate rights of the three branches of our government.

I will never vote for anyone seditious that undermines our country or criticizes it in front of people who have taken an active role in trying to hurt our nation.

First of all, he doesn't say ANYTHING.
"We need to talk." About WHAT???
"the peace process" - well, GWB laid THAT out clearly:
1. PA needs to recognize Israel's right to exist (i.e., that PA can join in the international community).
2. PA needs to control and disband hamas, hezzbollah, fatah, and other terrorist goups (i.e., that PA can govern internally, can control groups operating FROM its territory AGAINST other countries, and can demonstrate leadership)

It doesn't make to sense to talk about "peace" with an organization (since the PA hasn't demonstrated that it can manage a country) that has - as its primary goal - the elimination of the country trying to talk peace with it!

Yeah talking to people that want to destroy you always works. Let me tell you something about the middle east - talk means nothing. They only respect force and power.
