what is balmain's paint, what is the recipe for it, how can i prepare it myself, i am not a chemist, so is it dangerous, - i dont want to buy it, it's really expensive for me- what are the solvent(s) of it? (water, oil, alcohol, turpentine, other...) any kind of info about its preparation is welcome. thanks.

you are not using any risky materials. You will need to use a medium to carry the chemical - acrylic latex medium or gum arabic in water are two choices.
Note that you are NOT dealing with phosphorus
