Check out your locals authority's e-mail and send them those messages and ask for help, may be in your country there are laws that prohibit this. The authority can track them and even stop their ilegal operation.
Like here in our country some people even used mobile phone to engage in that misleading transaction and if your not smart enough you'll end up as victims with no one to blame or sue. Be smart enough, don't just put your money into their account if they told you so.
You can try to block them, or if you want you can also try to change your e-mail address. If you don't like any of these idea, you can simply ignore it. Time will come they'll stop sending you those messages. But the best thing do , if you really want to stop their ilegal action and save others from these is to follow my first suggestion. You can be a good/watchfull citizen. Good luck! Hey wait but if you're a minor ask for your parents approval regarding this matter. After all two heads are better than one.

Once spammers have your email address, there really isn't much you can do..
1. Don't sign up for or give out your personal info/email addy to any untrusted commercial or promotional websites. Instead, use a secondary or "disposable" email account from a free email service.
2. Don't post your direct email address anywhere on the internet.. email spambots will pick it up easily this way. (Instead, write it like "my_email [at] web site (dot) com"... this way, only humans will be able to understand it and bots won't recognize it)

I got a similar one the other night from this person calling themselves a manager of a bank in africa. They told me that they were going to put over $1 million dollars into my bank account because i was chosen and no one else accepted.
Don't reply to any of their emails, just ignore them. It's just spam mail and they want to know your bank account details so they can take your money in your account out. Whatever you do, just ignore them from now on.

Don't respond to spam, or you'll get more. They say that they will stop emailing you, but they are lying. It only proves that you are reading your email and so they will send more thinking that you are a sucker.
Just report it as spam. Most online email sites have a "report spam" button. if you are using outlook express, then make an email rule that will automatically delete those types of emails.

They will stop sending it to you if you don't get back to them. That includes replying to them and accepting their offer. Some other company sold your email address to them, and they don't know if it's a good email address or not. If you reply to their mail and accept their offer, they will know that your email address is correct, and they will not stop sending you emails. Just keep deleting their messages. If you don't get back to them, they will realize that your email address is wrong, therefore, they will not send you anymore emails. To avoid getting spam email like that, don't enter your email to sites that you don't trust. I get the exact same emails, and I just ignore it. I don't care how specific and convincing they get. I'm never going to fall for it.

Never, Ever answer or return an e-mail that you find to be spam or annoying...that just tells them that you have a valid email address.
Block them or report them to your provider if possible. Set your email filters to a higher level of protection so emails from them and otherd you rather not read to your "spam folder"

These are common scams called phishing. Please do not respond to them. You have just verified your e-mail address.
This is what I do:
in Yahoo Mail, Options, General Preferences
Scroll down and put a checkmark in the box to block HTML images
and
to display full headers
Next time you get one of these, open it very carefully, select the whole thing, including the header, and copy.
Now go to Compose, and paste it in the message box.
Send to:
reportphishing@antiphishing.org

If you reply to a spam, you are just telling the spammer that your email address is OK. So never, never reply to a spam mail.
Use your spam filter in the future or get a brand new email address.
Good luck!

You need to setup filters on the email address that it's coming from and for key words within the email message.

Easiest thing to do is to not reply to spam.
When you reply, they know it's a working email address.
