How to remove easter egg dye
Last year, my niece got easter egg dye all over her hands, arms, and face Unfortunately, easter was the following day and the easter egg dye wasn’t coming off. After much research, I found that good ol’ Lava Soap will clean the easter egg dye right off your skin. You can buy it at your grocery store for a couple of dollars. So, here’s to decorating those eggs and having clean children afterwards!

I just had this exact same problem only minutes ago and tried another person's suggestion of using a magic eraser. It worked! I used it with Ajax dishsoap, and I really had to scrub (it tore up the eraser quite a bit in this single use) but it totally took the egg dye off my hands, and my son's hands.
If you don't have this at home, I think make-up remover, any household cleaner that says it's a stain remover, or Lava soap would be good to try also. But I can tell you the magic eraser with dishsoap works, as I just did it.
Happy Easter!

Bleach - rub bleach on your hands and the dye will just melt away. Wash thoroughly afterwards and you will likely want to moisturize too. We used to work with tie-dye dyes that were permanent and it worked a miracle. Should cut right through that vegetable dye no problem.
Peace!

Try rubbing alcohol and then wash with lots of soap. I find a long shower removes alcohol based dyes.. But then those dyes should not be alcohol based.

I would rub my hands well with nail varnish remover, then wash them well with a scented soap.
