ive had a look at the sites that some of you gave me last time when i asked what sites can i fight out when pokemon evolve in the pokemon silver but these 2 dont say and haunter is at level 84, shellder is at 68 and kadabra is at 69
will they evolve or do i need those stones that make them evolve and if so where can i get them

Shellder needs to have a water stone used for it to evolve. With Haunter and Kadabra they only evolve once traded with someone.

Haunter & Kadabra must be traded to evolve BUT! Shellder uses a water stone to evolve!

Kadabra doesn't evolve into an Alakazam by leveling up or by a special stone. You can't "devolve" any pokemon, but to make your Kadabra evolve you must trade it to a friend or someone else and that will cause him to evolve into Alakazam

Trade them to another game and they will evolve right when the other game receives it.
