what is coony custard?

this was written on a post it note i saw outside my building. it seems a bizzare thing to write. nothing on google. anyone any idea what it is?

1.) Hmmm, I'll take a stab at it. Most probably a delicious dessert. Is it a custard that folks in the hills make out of racoon?

2.) Or it's a dessert named after that famous guy Joe Coony.

3.) It could be a private joke.
