i was wondering if the citations that i got when i was a juvenile are still active do i still have to worry about cuz i didnt go to any of them . the citations were all small misdemeanors like truancy and grafitti nothing serious .

And how many citations did you recieve? It might make a difference.

If you have not served out your punishments, consult legal aid. There might be a warrant out for failing to appear. If nothing else, listen to legal aid's advice.

the citations could still be active since they were never resolved. You may have outstanding fines that could come back to hurt you later, but once cleared up they would disappear from your record. It is like the old saying you can run but you cant hide. Check with the local officials to be sure and if you must resolve an issue it is easier to take care of now, rather than finding out later when you least expect it.

I know after 21 there all gone off your record's, did you ever take care of them ? if not they might be active !

if you are 18 or over then no. They dissapear when you reach the age of adulthood.
