could anyone(who knows a lot about chemistry) tell me if my answer for this question is correct

Explain why coenzymes can be reused by the body.

Answer: Minerals and coenzymes enable enzymes to work. They are not destroyed in biochemical reactions, which is why we only need small amounts of them. So, like enzymes, coenzymes can be used over and over again.

This is the same concept as a catalyst in a chemical reaction. The coenzymes are catalysts in biochemical reactions. Catalysts do not get consumed. They facilitate the reaction by lowering the activation energy but are not converted into another substance. So you do not need very much
