Can anyone tell me what is the formula to calculate the maximum total payout for a binary plan?

I am trying to figure out whether to join this new program or not as they payout looks good. However still cant figure out what is their total payout.

Without any better details than that I would say the probability of any payout is pretty close to 0. Sorry, but these are usually schemes to defraud people. Even with good-looking details, I would check with the Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney General.
