Not if they saved my life...Not if it was friends or family being funny..Not if it was my dream man. and it would never irritate me..only freak me out..
(what states or countries is this legal in)..

That depends, if I mistook the traffic and a car was about to mow me down...then no. If the streets were clear and a friend was waiting for me on the other side...then yes.

Yeah. I'd try to arrange things so it irritated them more, though. Unless they were trying to get me out of the path of a speeding vehicle.

It depends on the person... If it was someone trying to mug me... it would irritate me... but if it was a friend who was just trying to freak me out... than I'd be good, a little scared, but good all the same!!! How about you???

id follow them and then wait until they crossed the street and then lay them out.. knock the dirt of their sneakers... it would irritate me more not to get them back..
