Talk to your parents. Also, try talking to your school's guidance counselor. Both want what's best for you.

I assume that peer pressure is getting the best of you. You seem to know right from wrong otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question. I know it's hard to not "follow the crowd", but you have to realize that sometimes friends come and go (especially the wrong ones) and what really matters most is keeping the trust of your parents. Once their trust is broken it's difficult to get it back again. Weigh the pros and cons of potential situations and choose your friends wisely.

Slow down, Listen to your self. Are your friends getting into the same trouble? Talk to your parents about this. I am not saying your friends are not important. Ask your parents what they would do. Sounds to me that you are ready to take on the responsibility to correct your problems.

Find someone you trust and love, and get them to help you. It doesn't have to be an adult. Good luck! :-)
