because some people act like monkeys?

frankly, the evidence is not there. The missing link is still missing and if you look at the star witness for man to ape evolution Austrailiopithicus Afrorensus (aka Lucy as in the song 'in the sky with diamands a popular song about LSD at the time the the researcher loked and the researcher had literally days to 'find a missing link' or his grant would run out... and conjure one up he did...
upon close scrutiny the vertebrae of Lucy enter the skull at an angle like a crouched animal, whereas an upright waler like a human the vertebrae enters straight up... upon close scrutiny, the pelvis is bent as a tree dwelling animal, not like a human pelvis designed for upright balance instead of tree balance... the legs at the angle of a tree dwelling trapeze artist... much more bent than a human walker... the original skeleton of Lucy has no feet or hands but we now know Lucy to be a knuckle walking wrist locking walker not a biped as originally claim with highly curved feet

yet in the same dated volcanic rock as Lucy is the Laetoi footprints...the problem... the laetoli footprints are human excepting the toes spread as one who was habitiually unshod ( not shoes)... this would mean people were around when Lucy was around... one large and one small creature walk in parralllel 75 feet with the small creature feet steps matching the larger... as only a small child would... and there you have the more priecise truth... a parent and child human going for a walk while Lucy is in a tree... and the naturalist cannot 'see' it because they are committed to their presuppositions

today see people and monkeys at the same time why is that a surprize????? for them to be around then... man and ape were both made on day 6 of creation according to Moses

the evidence aint there... but it wont stop the discovery channel or national geographic form acting like it was ... they see their presuppositions which drive the conclusion they want to arrive at

Well, actually, oh misread one, that statement is so untrue that I don't even know how to answer yet. First off, it is science that tells us that man evolved from primates. Secondly, you are reading the Bible too literally. It is the moronic misinterpretation of Scripture that leads to such time-wasting questions as this. God created man in his image, but that doesn't mean that God made each and every creature from nothingness. God functioned through evolution to create man and chimp. They were separate branches of the evolutionary tree that God used to create the world. Please, be more open-minded with your attempts to debunk religion.

God is Gonzo.

And on a more serious note...
Here we go again.
Humans did not evolve from chimps.
Humans and chimps evolved from a common ancestor.

I answer this two or three times per day. Neither history or Charles Darwin says that humans evolved from chimps, apes,or monkeys. Isn't it much more sensible to do a little background studying before making a monkey of yourself ?

Well,
The Bible predates any modern evolution theory.

The Bible says;
Rom 1:22
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things.

Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Humans did not evolve from chimps. Humans and chimps evolved from a common ancestor and diverged into separate branches 5-6 million years ago.

Man (Human) is the, sort of, main character of the universe. God created Adam and Eve and sent them to the material world (i.e. earth). The chimp stuff is absolutely false. Man is superior from other creations because of his ability to recognize God. Of course, other creatures can also recognize God, but man has more ability than all of them.

What does the stoned age have to do with anything?

I guess it depends on literal or figurative....I always took the Bible's creation story to be figurative, and a parable, and not a literal rendition of the way life, the universe and everything started. It really is only a small minority of Bible believers that demand a literal interpretation of the Bible.

Much like it's a misconception to claim man came from ape...When it's really that we are distant cousins, who came from a common ancestor.

The idea of omnipotent gods were myths created by superstitious people since the beginning of human thought to explain all the phenomena they didn't understand. Monks in the 5th century promised everlasting life in return for slave services, and everything anybody could bring them (in order to get the promised, everlasting life). The bible evolved over a period of 500 years from wild, often mundane, stories written by superstitious people,in part, seeking a direct connection to a powerful god thru a mortal human as the son of the god, and these ideas were employed by the monks to support their claims.

Evolution is the progress of life changes through mutation that, unfortunately, resulted in the earth cancer called humanity.

No, it is written that God said "Let us create man in our own image, after our likeness."

And no, science/history tells us that humans and the chimps of today shared a common ancestor -- neither humans nor chimpanzees existed that many years ago.

Next time, try getting your facts straight before you troll.
