First you have to purge yourself of any negativity. Sit quietly by yourself and relax. Picture yourself as a water fountain and the "water" that is leaving you is negative energy. Then picture yourself with an invisible shield around yourself to keep out the negativity. So when your coworkers try their stuff on you, everything will just bounce right off your shield. Repeat the process every so often just in case some negativity manages to get through.

counter them by keeping a jar of pickle juice on your work station and when you feel the rays open the jar and inhale deeply this will give you the super powers to resist the hate rays and they will automatically withdraw these destructive rays of hate and dance gayly in a circle and eventually get fired. hope it works.
