There is a bit of pain, a tiny bruise and minor minor swelling (you can barely even tell). I've been icing it but it seems to be getting kinda worse...what should I do?

I agree that a physical therapist could give you excellent treatment for your problem. If you have to see a primary Physician for a referral go as soon as possible. You do not want this to escalate.

A good qualified massage therapist can also help with this type of problem.

Chiropractors are also a good source of treatment. I've enclosed a link where you can find a good qualified chiropractor in your area in the USA.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

Sound to me like you have sprained that ankle. The fact that you can see any bruising at all indicates that it is indeed sprained. Also, you are saying that it seems to be getting worse, which a sprain will do if it is not treated properly. Here is my suggestion... wrap it in an Ace Bandage, and stay totally off of it for 5 to 7 days. Do you have crutches that you can use? Also, soak your foot at the end of each day in warm water & Epsom Salt... that will help it heal even quicker. You have treated this injury a little too casually... get off of that ankle or it is going to cause you problems down the road!!
