First, Universal Studios and Sea World are not part of Disney. Disney consists of their hotels, four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom) as well as Downtown Disney and the two water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, as well as some golf courses and a few other little things. Just wanted to make sure you don't think that Universal and Sea World would be included in a Disney pass or anything like that!
I think all the parks are really great. I think your best option, if you are planning a visit, would be to go to all the parks. But if you will only be there for a short time, I would suggest only going to one park each day. Doing too many parks in one day will take away from the park you are at, and you will lose way too much time in travel.
Back to your question. My favorite park is EPCOT. I love World Showcase and I also love the more advanced rides as well as innovations. Plus I think that Test Track, Mission Space and Soarin' are some of the best rides in Disney.
But all the parks are really great, it just depends which has the most rides that you enjoy. Magic Kingdom is a little bit better for younger kids, but still a lot of fun if you are a big kid/adult. Magic Kingdom is great because it is the original and it is pure Disney all over. The parks are all great, but if you really want a full dose of Disney, I think that Magic Kingdom is going to be the best. However, if you are going more for the rides... MGM has some great rides as well, it is a very interesting park to visit with some amazing shows and rides. Animal Kingdom is great if you love animals. The animals are always great to see and Kilimanjaro Safari is an awesome ride. Of course, Expedition Everest is worth the trip to Animal Kingdom, alone, in my opinion.
But again, you really should go to all the parks to get the best experience. Disney Quest is also great. But if you only plan to go to one or two parks, you should look at what each one offers for you and which has the most that you personally enjoy.

I believe the Best Disney park is definetly Magic Kingdom. This is the original Disney World park where you will find all the classic rides, themes, and of course the famous Cinderella Castle which is the most photographed landmark in the world!! Magic Kingdom also has more rides than any other Disney park and is the perfect park for families of all ages.
