Depends on the person, though I'd probably say somewhere between 20-30.
It has a lot to do with how you live your life. If you worked out a lot when you were say, 15 or so, then slacked off, never exercise and eat fattening foods, then you'd be at your strongest at 15.

I think I was physically strongest when I was between 13 and 19. I can carry a lot of heavy stuff that I couldn't carry these days anymore. Made me wonder.

For a male 17 or 18 as far as strenght and endurance but you can get fit at nearly any age.
