i am the same we have the best neighbours you could ever wish for and the worlds worst on the other side :S

Phone the bad one and see if he answers to ying or yang. I had a neighbour once who claimed the ants from my house crossed the driveway to infesther house. Only problem was I didn't see any ants in my house.

my neighbours either side are OK its the ones opposite one lot have kids from hell and the other brother and sister sleep together and shes had 3 abortions
