I live in Pa i have worked 2 years 32-34 hrs a week. I got fired because i was sick. And had to take some time off.

If the tax was taken out of your paycheck, of course you could. Go to the Unemployment site in Pennsylvania.
It is: www.dli.state.pa.us For Pa. Then go to unemployment and fill out a claim. Just thet easy.

I'll start off by saying I am not knowledgeable about unemployment laws and filing for unemployment. BUT if I was you I'd go ahead and file for unemployment that worse that can happen is they say no.

Perhaps someone can tell you about any legal recourse with being sick and getting fired...not sure.
