LCD monitor blurriness problem?

My monitor is blurry for the first 10 -15 minutes after a cold boot. Anyone know why that might be happening? If yes, do you also know how much it would cost to fix it? Thanks!

Not so fast. Have you checked the User's Guide? If you didn't get one, go online to the manufacturer's website and look for manuals and User's Guides. It might just be a matter of making admustments.

Don't you have a menu button on the monitor?

Try to find this information first. If you take it in to a store they will charge megabucks just to look at it.
