Most jewelry stores will clean it for free in a sonic cleaner.

It is not diamond if it has a silver band. But you can use a mild dish detergent and a soft toothbrush to clean it. Some people use toothpaste I have never tried that though.

A soft toothbrush and tiny dab of gel toothpaste works really well. Or, buy one of those sonic jewelry cleaners.

Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes work great and you can get them at Wal-Mart. They are a dry disposable wipe that will make it shine really great.
