I took algebra once and withrdrew from the class due to work demands. Then I took it again and got caught up in something else and ended up not going to the class and failing. Now, that I finally have time to dedicate, I will be attempting this class for a third time. Am I still covered by florida prepaid or not?

there is no information on classes taken a second time. classes drop by the full refund date are no problem, if not by that date there is a payment. the second class you did not attend you have to pay for the full class. class this number for additional information

No. Contributions to plans of this kind are literally not deductible on FEDERAL tax returns. in a lot of situations, contributions to similar plans in some (yet no longer all) states with state earnings taxes are deductible on STATE earnings tax returns, yet Florida has no state earnings tax, so as that does no longer keep on with on your case.
