no it will not get them drunk it will actually kill them because of the acicidy of the beer which the fish cannot tolerate that level of ph in there water.

no the alcohol will will just hurt the fish, kinda like if you poured beer into your eyes.

I don't know, but I suggest you don't do that because it's dangerous to the fish, and they might die. I like your thinking though. :D
