I'll be VERY surprised if you get the answers to all these (homework) questions.
I've read (and taught) "The Great Gatsby", (it's one of the best, if not the best, novels written by an American) but it would take me about an hour to answer them all.
Why don't you go to the sparknotes site (see below) and see what you can find in the chapter summaries?

I really suggest reading the book, because 1. you will learn NOTHING this way, and 2. when it comes to a test, Y!A won't be there to help you out. and 3. It is actually really good!
