There are none physically, though I found out because of another user that anal cancer is higher amongst men. There's a theory out there that says that gay men might get HPV from the anal sex, and develop higher rates of anal cancer. HPV is the virus responsible for most cases of uteran cancer.

You can pay to get the vaccine for it, which would lower the risk in theory, but not much studies have been done into males using the vaccine.
Other than that, risk of the regular stds.
Wearing a condom will prevent these though.
Physiologically, it will do no physical harm to your body if you use lots of lube and do it right.

A very pleasuring experience. You could get tears if you don't use enough lube, and aren't relaxed, I'm not sure if it's true that eventually you loose controll of your sphinter and have constant leakage but just in case don't have anal to often.

The consequences for a woman are having to wear a diaper for the rest of her life after her rectal muscles are stretched ruined. She could also get a fatal disease like AIDS or cancer and at the least she will suffer pain and humiliation after being abused and debased in an unnatural perversion by some deviant. The man can even be arrested and charged with sodomy if the woman can report the abuse to the police and then in jail he can get all the sodomy he wants. It is wrong and sick always.

holy grael can be A very pleaserin thing but also can cause some pain ... the rectum can separate casue bleedin and rippin of the skin and alot of blood and it hurts when u go the bathroom
