somethimes i have no problem at all.
you can feel when the turbo kick in,but suddenly it doesn't kick in.if i turn of the engine and start again its working properly.
any ideas what can this be?

I hope you are changing the oil frequently. Cars with turbos really need the oil changed regurally. The heat on the bearings will fry the oil and cause the bearings in the turbo to fail, then the turbo quits and you have a very expensive repair. I have seen guys with the turbo stopping and then they clean out the gunk in the oil line and since the oil seal was blown it blows, sucks all the oil out of the engine and the next thing you know the engine locks up because they drove it with the oil light on. It may be that your waste gate is sticking...I don't know, but it may be vacuum or solenoid operated.
