I'm a dishwasher in a restaurant, someone set a banana-split desert in the dishroom window-maybe offering one of us desert? or dispose it? but it looked fresh & untouched, I grab it, turn to the other guys & offered it to them, (I didn't want it & maybe they would?) anyways, both of them started eating it, the manager comes back & says in a loud kind voice: "THAT'S NO GOOD!-no weno!! it has soy sauce in it!"( -I'm like: whoops! ...sorry! I should have tossed it! since they don't speak english, we don't communicate so I was speechless, & embarrassed. anyways, the cooks give them snacks all the time.)

When my gorgeous boss kept clicking his pen and I had finally had enough and I yelled at him loudly "Give it to me!" we both turned beet red and I apologized to him over and over again. Thank God I didn't get into trouble!

More funny then embarrassing.
i drive a convertible during the summer and work with the construction of homes. well I just had a new top put on and it was a bit tough to close because it was new and hadn't stretched yet. We had an unusual summer rain, so I called the construction trailer and asked if someone could come help me put my top on....next thing you know like 5 work trucks come racing down the street...lol, I guess I should've mentioned it was the top to my car!

I'm a Barista and one day while making an espresso drink, I got sprayed by the machine, while removing the used wet grounds from it.
My whole front was brown with coffee splatter.

I was tying off the cardboard in a bailer and I pulled the wire through and fell backwards head over feet,in front of my co workers. lol. It was embarrassing,but hilarious! hahahaha

many years ago....I had a panic attack....and I never have those...I was going thru a divorce...trying to raise 2 kids as a single mother....just alot of stress.....it was a horrible feeling...very embarrassing
