If you mean a period, average age is about 11 to 13 years old. If you mean wet as in aroused, it can happen REALLY early in life, but most girls don't really get wet for that reason until they hit puberty (same time as period, about) and start thinking about guys.

Some girls start their periods at age 11. I've met a few that have started as young as 9.

By 'getting wet down there,' I take it you mean AROUSED. I remember reading somewhere that pre-pubescent girls can 'get wet' very young.

if u are talking about periods, anywhere from 9-16, for discharge and vaginal secretions, can be earlier, probably not later than that range.
