How long do I clean a new lobe piercing until I don't have to worry about infection any more? How many times a day should I clean it with soap?

For the first month, turn the earring every morning and night. Clean earrings every night, and before you put on new earrings put them in rubbing alcohol. Always buy sensitive solutions earrings and not earrings with nickel, because otherwise you will get allergic to any type of earrings (happened to me:( ) if that happens just coat the part of the earring that goes through your ear in nail polish.

When I got my ears pierced I cleaned my ears for four weeks. But even now (3 years later) I still sanitize all my earrings weekly, and I clean my ears everyday to be on the safe side. (You don't want keloids.)

Don't use soap to clean it. Use alchohol or hydrogin peroxide, and clean it for abot 1- 1 1/2 months.
