Do any of you practise in witchcraft?

Any type.... white, black, paper??

'practise'/'practice' - but I assume you know what I meant anyway.

I have been a practicing witch for over 40 years. I am still learning. It is a never ending process. If I have to have a colour assigned to me it would not be black, white or anything in between, I prefer green. Thank you very much. Keep in mind that it is not flashy like Harry Potter, Charmed, Sabrina etc. That is nothing but fantasy. We deal with real Earth issues including such mundane things as recycling, trying to do something about the way man is polluting the world. We tend to be the consummate environmentalists.

While I would say that I am a White Witch, I appreciate that I do not force my views on other people. Some believe that magick is neither black or white. I prefer that I am a 'White Witch' because I perceive 'Black Magick' to be simply magick practices that are done with harmful intent. (this includes sacrifices etc- as that is harmful to the thig that is sacrificed!) The actual term 'Witchcraft' doesn't neccessarily mean 'Magick', but just that one has learnt to manipulate energies using metaphysical energy as a catalyst to change one substance or energy into another.

I have always had a great rate of success in my work- I work on everything that the universe presents us. There isn't anything that the mind and energies within us cannot do! I'm hoping to lead some workshops sometime on this as it is accessible to every person.

Though some people confuse 'witchcraft' with being the be all and end all of the Wiccan and Pagan religions. When in reality, one does not have to embark upon that path to access the natural energies around us ^_^

Magick is neither Black nor White!

All magick is tainted by the intentions of the individual using it, so it is neither good or evil. A good person can use magick for a poorly thought out good reason, and it can go bottom up and have bad or harmful results. And the converse can also happen.

The only things that are good or bad, black or white are people. You can kill someone with a car on purpose, that does not make the car evil, only the person driving it. In the same chain of thought, guns by themselves aren't evil but someone that uses one to kill people indiscriminately is, the gun had no say in it. Hey someone could bash your head in with a can of Beans, I heave never heard of evil beans, have you!

i've studied it in the past, and i also read tarot cards, which some people like to associate with witchcraft. personally, i don't like the term 'witchcraft'... most of the practises used by so-called witches are actually ceremonies used by wiccans and pagans..... modern ideas of witchcraft can mostly be traced back to the stereotypes created by the catholic church, who's mission was to convert the non-believers , using any means possible....

Yes i do. I prefer the word "white" witchcraft as i don't do anything harmful, but all witchcraft is white and black, for it is not the person, be they dark or light, but it is the magik they perform that makes it the way it is.

yes got the message ..forget the spell check ...me personally not going there ...don't have to ..is way of life don't like the black side ..have books etc read and put aside if its in you will go there and its natural ..mother earth will kick in ,,,,and you will heal and perform without all the so called I'm a witch thingy we don't need title its just there ..and don't need Wicca ,,,,do we ......mm not sure but not need to join union yet but we shall see

Theres no white and black magick..its color grey and yes I do witchcraft i'm a pagan. everytime I do a spells I write it down in my book of shadows (in which is a notebook).

I put down spells, herbs, chants and so on in my book.

I practice many of the old crafts. I do not accept the Christian appellation of Witch as the neo-pagans do in many cases.
