SO far,no. Large corporations seem to use globilization to prey on poorer nation. In Boliva an English company bought up the water system and charge for service more than what a Bolivian can afford. 1/3 of their income now goes to buying water. America is bankrupting farmers world wide with subsidized food prices. The world is now becoming more dependent on American grain. This is part of the reason why there is mass immigration out of third world. Food company use the WTO to force countries to accept purchases of questionable foods. With globilization, diseases can spread faster. I believe its just a game corporation use to prevent taking legal responsibility. They can do something illegal in India even though the good and services is performed in or for the US. I found out that X-rays were digital sent to India to be read for a US hospital. The doctor needs to be cetified in America , but my suspicion is that they have uncertified doctors reading it and then the one who's board certified just sign it off. Why would an board certified radiologist move back to India and get paid 1/10th of his salary.

With the right people running the show, yes. But when you let people who are willing to do things via greed and sef interests you tend to run into problems. When this happens, everyone seems to act like they don't know what went wrong. Then they'll try to get the most respected economist to come up with charts that seems pretentious of what went wrong and what can be done to fix the problems. The whole mess gets bigger and bigger until the world economy collapse and the rich would plunder and save their own butts leaving us dumb peasants to suffer. Like I say, we can't have people that are filled with greed running the show just because the have all the bucks to get things going so they're get the credits for it and become even more richer. That's a no-no. Good enough, yes?

Always has in the past. Gotta remember, globalization began when the first land route was built way back in ancient times.
Globalization makes you less dependent on your local economy' ups and downs.

No. In the US, we cannot agree on anything. If we got millions more opinions we would end up with total chaos.
