The problem is if he was found just before the election, conspiracy theorists would be running around accusing Bush of getting Osama earlier and then holding out until the election.

NO we know where he is ( Pakistan in the Waziristan region) we just can't get to him or Muserif would be over thrown and then there would be an unstable Nucler state in the Middle East
