IQ= (mental age/actual age)x100

ex: if i have a mental age of a 18 year-old and i'm currently 14 years old. my IQ would be (18/14)x100= about 129. normally an IQ of 100 is normal.

As far as I know, the IQ scores are indexed at 100 being normal. That means that theoretically there is no such thing as a "perfect score", because you could always have someone MORE intelligent than anyone who has been tested so far.
