Nowadays, North Carolina, history wise they both equal. better coach, duke. Thats a tough one but ill go with north carolina. Alot of NBA players came from either team. But ill say the tar heels are better

I hate Duke being that im a Tar Hells fan but, Duke is the better team this year and they have more starters back this season since most of UNC's offense went to the NBA besides Ginyard. But DUke is a more well rounded team this year, which is to be expected since we have a really young and inexperienced team, we'll be back just not this year.

North Carolina has a better and longer basketball history than Duke. But, there's no denying Duke's been very good since Coach K took over the reigns.......So from the beginning I'd have to say North Carolina.............Last 10 years Duke...???

Tar Heels!!! They have been winning forever, along with UCLA, and Duke started to win in the 90's....plus MJ went there. LOL. Need I say more?

Well if you look back at just this year UNC got to the Elite 8 were as Duke failed to get out of the 1st round. So obviously UNC is better.
