Howard is a comedy god, entertainer and everything else rolled into one. For those who say that he is a scumbag, truly don't understand the show or get the joke.
What other "radio dj" has had the following that he has for well over 20 years...
Books, a movie and still the number one radio show..Who else can say that??

I think at one time, Howard Stern was a comedy god, so to speak, with his skits on the radio and his co-horts.It was a nice harmony, but now, he not as relevant, maybe he is, but he's on satellite now, so it doesn't matter.

call him a scumbag but howard never forced any woman or man to do anything on his show. anybody who strips, farts, queefs, rides the sybian, or answers risque questions do so of their own volition.
comedy god? maybe; he has a very quick wit and and amazing sense of humor. but with billy west, jackie the jokeman, artie lange, eric fred norris, robin ophelia quivers, stuttering john, and his wack pack he doesn't need to be a comedy god. he simply needs to facilitate. and that is the core of his genius.
