It depends on what kind of roof you want is it a gable or shed roof.Give me the dimensions of the structure and i will tell you how

Its one of those situations where building a small tiled roof is not very much less work than building a large area of tiled roof. It also depends on what you are covering, as if its on a house, it will need to comply with building regulations. You need a strong supporting frame - roof trusses or similar. Cover it with sterling board, then a layer of roofing felt, then nail laths across the board to hold the tiles, then hook the tiles on the laths. Depending on exposure, the tiles will need to be nailed either every row or every third row. You need to give more info for a better answer.
