With Global warming, what chances do RIVER SARASWATI (believed to be flowing below ground) to reemerge?!?

River SAraswati is supposed to be believed to be flowing below the earth surface to join other two great rivers of Ganges and Yamuna to unite in THRIVENI SANGAMAM, Allahabad

There is no chance at all.A water source from a hill or an elevated land is required for the river Saraswathi to re-emerge.That means water shoud flow from land towards sea through the above rivers.But global warming will force sea water to enter the land.That means the opposite will happen. Hence it is not possible.
