sonya you must have about $90k in it. my interest rate is 6 percent. i am hoping to get it to $400,000 and then move to mexico to live off the interest. will get there veryyyyyyyyyyy soon by the grace of GOD

if it's not my main income then more then likely yes I would feel at least a bit comfortable at least financially.
at least I know I have something in case of emergencies

No, $100 a month is insufficient income, and $30,000 would scarcely last a single year if you used the principle and not just the interest.

I will consider myself comfortable when I no longer have to go to work. When I can be a silly as I please, wear ridiculous clothing if I feel like it, not pick up the phone, and spend my time creating art and music that might be of value to no one but myself. I think that will cost significantly more than $100 a month.
