Actually yes, why not, they only look like a bunch of very fit and made up baby sitters, the uestin is, will the restaurant allow them in????If not there are grounds for discrimination.....ask yourself would it not be fun to mess with the prurient minds of horny old guys with the laughter of children??? I think it is fabulous!!!! it is not family oriented but you can always involve the Press...they would eat this up..tho you might get hate mail..hell I get that on here for barely anything......your family is precious....ask in finality, is hooters good enough for your family? I think that their menu is a bit limited!!!!! Hint: make reservation for "JUDGE...*then fill in the last name "..party of however many oh hone, bring a camera too!!!! or have the press follow you in and do an interview on this, otr have an attorney accompany you in as well the world is YOUR oyster, as a mother you have done well...you do NOT deserve to be censored for having had children, you should be revered and pampered!!! i am with you on this one!!!! ~ Oh honey you will create a stir, but you know what? THIS is YOUR call..and YOUR right!!!! *wink*
Cheers
Lioncourt
P.S. AGAIN, theyare just a bunch of not long ago babysitterswho are now waitresses.... and if fyou look at it that way, then it will be the laugh on them!!!!! HA!

Well it depends on the age and the maturity level of your child. If your child is between (2- 8 years ) then it will not matter because they usually don't think about those things that we think as "bad influence." However, if your child is older and you feel that going to Hooters might some how have an adverse effect on them, then dont take them. You know your child best. But I highly doubt that going to Hooters will bring some drastic changes into your childs behavior, mainly because at some point they might have seen women in swim suits on TV, whereby they cover much less skin than the women at Hooters. I guess the challenging question for you as a parent is how long will you be able to shelter your child from such realities. Anyways if you want to spend some quality family time then Hooters is definately not the place. But if you have teenagers then Hooters is a good place to see the Super Bowl and cheer.

With all the family oriented restaurants, not even including fast food, why would you want to. For the food, for the kids or so you can drool over the "scenery"? I feel, like with many other thing, once someone is 18 let them make their own decisions don't drag them into yours before that.
Keep the Q's comin'

LMAO!!! My husband took my 12 year old to his first Hockey game (Islanders v Devils) a couple weeks ago for his birthday. My son wanted wings so he took him to Hooters for the first time. He said my son didn't think he was supposed to be there. He was trying not to look at the girls. I found that pretty funny. I'm not a prude mother. I know that VERY soon he's going to be checking out chicks, etc.
But, even though it is advertised as a family restaurant, I think it's just an excuse for the men to go somewhere with their family and make it alright that they are checking out young chicks wearing short shorts and tight shirts. (Even though I have bigger ta-ta's then 4 hooters girls put together, God's Gift).

I don't see how the outfits of the Hooter girls are any different, if not less revealing then the skanky outfits worn by so many girls in public these days. There's nothing sexual about the restaurant besides those outfits and the name either.
On the other hand, I wouldn't go myself because it's nothing more then that, and the food sucks too.

I definitely would not take my kids. I enjoy hooters, but its not for the food or family atmosphere. It's more fun with the guys to watch the game, than it is with my wife for dinner.

it fairly is a horrid concept. enable me inform you something. a pair of days in the past, my cousin had to bypass get an angio CT test. I went together with her. the lady on the front table had adequate to maintain her busy with out having a baby lower back there. The technician who fairly performed the test replaced into old adequate to be a grandmother, no longer a mom, yet nevertheless, she had to allure to blood from my cousin and then inject her with some radioactive substance, and then had to place her via an imaging gadget. it rather is easily no place for a baby, who would desire to get into the pointy sterile scientific gadgets or drink the (probable poisonous in super quantities) components. no longer in basic terms could the baby be in threat, however the placement of work could immediately exchange into unsterile, and for somebody with fragile wellbeing, like my cousin, that would desire to fairly be deadly. youngsters belong at dwelling house, or in daycare, or at school, no longer on the placement of work, for the main section. And baby hard artwork is prohibited. i've got been in retail shops that are owned by potential of mothers and dads, who've their infants or youngsters working around the placement. the mothers and dads are oblivious to the wear and tear that the youngsters reason to the inventory, and the chaos they reason interior the save. i do unlike tripping over 2 year olds or listening to their tantrums. I won't return to a place it rather is making an attempt to do double-duty as a daycare. from time to time a verify has no different option. yet i think of that this could slow artwork all the way down to a standstill in maximum circumstances. agency daycares are a good concept. yet youngsters interior the rather place of work are a poor concept.

Hooters is really not as bad as some people imagine. I wouldn't but only because they don't have a no smoking section and I don't want my child to choke on cigarette smoke.
