You are misinformed. Cheetahs are the fastest of the cats. Leopards rely on stealth rather than speed for attacks on prey. Panther and leopard are just different names for the same species although the name "panther" is sometimes used (wrongly) for cougars in North America.

deep amazonian jungle ,a black leopard ,very gracefull,and elegant its movements are liquid

they are the same as a melanistic leopard, jaguar, or cougar except they have inherited the coding for an all black coat.
