I want to add more chime to my marshall dsl50 clean channel. Im looking for a clean almost like a cross between a Fender twin reverb and a /13 RSA23 (here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=GxwBaXy_IpY )

I know I will need some compression, but what else would help? Would a BBE sonic maximizer help at all? Thanks!!!

I dont want anything digital like a POD preferably, as I am running all my pedals/etc into a tube amp. Digital pedals + marshall tube amp = garbage. The dyna comp is looking good right now.

You might try a small pedal like a Dyna Comp for a compressed clean sound, I use it with my Mesa Boogie Studio22+ and it's got a clean sound.

I bought a Dyna Comp(MXR) off e-bay for about $30, from the You Tube link the sound is pretty good. You might not have a Guitar Center, but log onto their sister company Musicians Friend and they have samples to listen to that might help.

Good Luck

Dude, I'm no great guitarist, but I love my POD.....check one out. You can get all kinds of sounds with the amp models.
