In Ontario, not only are you entitled to pick the fruit on your property line, you may prune the branches as well (read: cut em clean off). But use branch paste afterward, it's the polite thing to do.

Yeah! I am a Chinese-Filipino and in the Philippines, culture dictates that if a Tree Limb in inside your property then you are entitled to the fruits that that are connected to it.

I think legally you can keep the fruit that falls in your yard. Go ahead and shake the branch so it falls off.
