if u have a 50cc dirt bike are u allowed to ride it on sidewalks,streets,and public parks? cause my mom said that if it is legal then we can get one remember only 50cc not 70 not 125 but 50cc so if u know plz answer

No, you cannot ride on public roads, sidewalks, or in public parks.

You can ride on public lands that are designated for 'OHV use".

You can ride on private land with the owner's okay (although some housing areas have rules against it).

You can ride at a track.

These are the only three places you can legally ride.

Engine size does not matter here. Laws are the same for any off road dirt bike.

Street-legal bikes can ride on streets, but the rider has to have a motorcycle endorsement (license).

No, it is not legal to ride it on sidewalks, streets and in public parks (unless the park permits it). A 50cc dirt bike is considered a motorcycle.

yo check this out i had a 50cc dirtbike but mine was upgraded to the fullist my dirtbike went 70mphs.and i got stoped by the police and he said i could not ride on the public roads.because of no taggs or light or blinkers.

no it is not legal even in Indiana you have to have it registered and numbers on it
