1 Fe(NO3)3 + 3 LiOH ==> 3 LiNO3 + 1 Fe(OH)3
Iron: 1 ==> 1
Nitrogen: 3 ==> 3
Oxygen: 12 ==> 12
Lithium: 3 ==> 3
Hydrogen: 3 ==> 3

Double displacement.

It's all about conserving matter as it can't be created or destroyed.

Fe(NO_3)_3 + LiOH = LiNO_3 + Fe(OH)_3
1 Fe, 3 N, 10 O,1 H, 1 Li = 1 Fe, 1N, 6 O, 3 H, 1 Li
Fe and Li are balanced, so must do the same to both sides for them.
Balance H next.
Fe(NO_3)_3 + 3LiOH = 3LiNO_3 + Fe(OH)_3
1 Fe, 3 N, 12 O, 3 H, 3 Li = 1 Fe, 3 N, 12 O, 3H, 3 Li
Balanced.
Double replacement (Fe and Li exchange places).

The numbers are blank-3-3-blank.

And we call this a precipitation reaction, but you would probably call it double replacement.
