Start with your local hardware store. If they are not available there, I would go to restaurant supply stores. Many times they have them, like in pizza places.

Since it would be difficult and expensive to actually monitor two way mirrors why not just mount regular mirrors at various places in the store. Both on the walls and ceiling. People will think they are being watched or recorded.

She will steal the bread if he doesn't provide the beverages...watch them both....at all times, with a closed circuit t.v. systme available at your local radio shack/E-Bay?
Get an alarm system, an auto lock for the door, and make a donation to the homeless shelter to ensure that the guy sleeping by the dumpster has enough carbs to run down anyone you can't catch. Happy Easter....Close the store at 4, Dinner will be done at 5. And the rest of the world will be at your store in 3 hours.

Go to wal-mart buy a couple of those cameras and a recorder brag about them so everyone knows you have them. Not only will it cut down on shoplifting but when it does happen you have proof in court.

Shoplifting is fun! Plus it's a victimless crime! Just get insurance, and the insurance company will pay for everything.
